Riftmark Book an audit

How it works

Every sent proposal gets a next step.

A consulting engagement, not a product to adopt. A complimentary 30-minute audit. A 30-day pilot. Then a weekly rhythm around the revenue that’s already been sent.

The method

Four moves on every proposal that matters.

The same four lines you see in the film. They run every week, for as long as a proposal is open.

  1. Find

Every open proposal, its fee, and how long it’s been quiet. The biggest risks go to the top.

  2. Context

What was quoted, what was said, and what’s changed since. Gathered before anyone writes a word.

  3. Follow up

A drafted follow-up for each priority, in your firm’s voice. Your people send it from their own inbox.

  4. Reconnect

A reply, a new date, or a clear answer. Every proposal leaves the week with a next step.

Step 1 · 30 minutes

Start with a complimentary audit.

A video call with David Chaidez, the founder. You talk to the person who runs the work, not a sales team.

  • We look at

    Where your proposals stand

What’s out, how long each one has been quiet, what it’s worth, and who owns the next step.

  • You bring

    Whatever you have

Nothing is required. A rough count of open proposals helps. An export is even better. No logins.

  • You leave with

A short list and a straight answer

The proposals most at risk, what we’d do first, and whether a pilot makes sense for your firm.

Step 2 · 30 days

Then a pilot on your real pipeline.

30 days to see what’s at risk, restart the proposals that matter most, and put follow-up on a schedule.

  1. Week 1

    See it all.

We build a baseline from your CRM export: every open proposal, its fee, and how long it’s been quiet. The biggest risks are flagged.

  2. Week 2

    Restart the biggest.

Follow-ups go out on the proposals that matter most. We draft them in your voice. Your people send them.

  3. Week 3

    Set the rhythm.

A Monday list, timely nudges and a Friday report. Missing dates and owners get fixed as the work happens.

  4. Week 4

    Read the results.

Replies, next dates, and what’s still at risk, checked against your CRM. You decide what happens next.

Step 3 · Ongoing

Then the weekly rhythm.

The rhythm from the pilot keeps running. Every sent proposal keeps a next step, and nothing drops out of the pipeline.

  1. Monday

    Priority list

The proposals that need a touch this week, ranked by fee and by how long they’ve been quiet. Each one comes with a drafted follow-up.

  2. Tuesday to Thursday

    Reminders

A nudge to the right person when a follow-up is due. They send it from their own inbox, in their own voice.

  3. Friday

    Results report

What went out, who replied, which dates were set, and what’s still at risk. Checked against your CRM.

How we work

Four rules we don’t bend.

  • We prepare. Your people send.

Nothing goes to your clients under a Riftmark name, and nothing sends itself.

  • Every proposal gets an owner and a date.

A sent proposal without a next step is how silence starts. Each one gets both.

  • A clear no beats a quiet maybe.

After the agreed follow-ups, we help you ask for a decision. A no closes the record honestly, and often tells you why.

  • We report what happened.

Results are checked against your own records. If something can’t be traced to the work, it isn’t counted.

Reporting

What the Friday report shows.

One page, every Friday, checked against your CRM. It tells you what moved and what’s still at risk.

  • Follow-ups sent that week, and by whom
  • Replies, and what each one said comes next
  • Next follow-up dates set or moved
  • Fees still at risk, largest first
  • Records missing an owner, a date or a last contact

Pricing

Priced to your pipeline, not a package.

We don’t publish prices. Scope depends on how many proposals are open, how many people follow up, and what your records look like.

After the audit you get a written proposal for the pilot, with scope, timeline and price, before anything starts. The audit itself is complimentary and comes with no obligation.

Riftmark doesn’t promise replies, wins or revenue. The commitment is the work, reported every week. The details are in our terms.

Questions

Before you book.

What do you need from us to start the pilot?

An export of your open proposals, with fee, dates, owner and last activity, and a short conversation with whoever knows the history. We tell you what’s missing before we start, not after.

What if our CRM records are incomplete?

That’s normal, and it’s usually part of the finding. Where a record has no date or no owner, we mark it as a gap rather than guess. Recommendations are only as good as the records behind them, and we say so when the records are thin.

Do you write to our clients?

No. Riftmark prepares the follow-ups and sends the reminders to your team. Your people send from their own accounts, and they decide what goes out.

What happens after 30 days?

You go through the results with us, against your own records, and decide whether the weekly rhythm continues.

Is this software we have to adopt?

No. Riftmark is a consulting firm. You keep the CRM or spreadsheet you use now. We work from your records and hand the work back into them. Nothing to install.

Is this lead generation?

No. This is revenue recovery on proposals your firm has already sent. It isn’t cold outreach, list building or debt collection, and we don’t replace or sell CRMs.

Next step

Find what’s quiet in your pipeline.

A complimentary 30-minute audit. We look at your open proposals with you and show you what’s at risk.
