Accessibility statement.
This site should work for everyone who needs it, including on a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with motion turned off.

The standard we aim for
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We don’t claim formal certification or a third-party audit.
What’s in place
- Semantic HTML, with one main heading per page and no skipped heading levels.
- A skip link to the main content, and a visible focus indicator on everything you can operate.
- Full keyboard operation, including the menu, the questions, the film controls and the forms.
- Text contrast measured rather than assumed. The faintest text on the site is still above 6:1.
- Labelled form fields, with errors described in text and not by colour alone.
- Reduced motion: when your system asks for less motion, nothing animates.
- Layouts that hold at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom.
- Decorative animations are hidden from screen readers. The facts they show are always in the text next to them.
The film
The 30-second film never plays by itself. It starts when you press play, with sound, and every control works from the keyboard: play and pause, the progress bar, sound, captions and full screen.
The film is narrated. Captions are in the player, and a full transcript that includes what’s on screen is on the film page. Captions were timed from the audio and checked against the script.
Known limitations
The scheduler. The calendar on the booking page is run by Cal.com, and we don’t control its markup. If it’s hard to use, email David@rift-mark.com and we’ll arrange a time by hand. That route is always open, and it isn’t a lesser option. You can also open the scheduler on its own page.
The PDF guide. The guide isn’t yet tagged for screen readers. Its key points are written out on the guide page, and we’ll send an accessible copy on request.
Telling us about a problem
Email David@rift-mark.com with the page and what went wrong. We’ll fix it and reply.
