What we collect

This page describes how this website and Riftmark’s work operate today. It is provided for transparency, is not legal advice, and has not been reviewed by counsel.

What you send us. If you use a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, work email, firm, role and message, and the option you choose for open proposals. We use it to reply and to decide whether there’s a fit. Nothing else.

Booking details. If you book a call, what you enter in the scheduler goes to Cal.com, which passes the booking to us.

Server logs. Like any web host, ours processes your IP address and request details to serve pages and keep the site secure.

We don’t run advertising pixels, we don’t build visitor profiles, and we don’t sell or share personal information.

Who receives visitor data

Only these services. They are the ones this website actually uses.

• Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions, including spam filtering.
• Cal.com runs the scheduler on the booking page. It loads only on that page, once you start scrolling or using the page, or when you choose “Show available times”. What you enter there goes to Cal.com under its privacy policy, and the call itself runs on Google Meet.
• No analytics run on this site today. If that changes, analytics will load only after you accept it, and this notice will say so first.

The fonts, the film and the guide are all served from this site. Nothing else loads from anyone else.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Cal.com may set its own cookies when the scheduler loads on the booking page, under its own notice.

Keeping and deleting

Form submissions are kept in Netlify and in our email while a conversation is live, and deleted when they’re no longer needed. We haven’t set a fixed retention period, and we’d rather say that than publish a number we don’t enforce.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to restrict how it’s used. If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.

We honor these requests wherever you live, and we won’t treat you differently for making one. There’s no form to fill in: email David@rift-mark.com.

This site isn’t intended for children.

If this changes in a meaningful way, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
